Martin Builds Engine and Wins at East Bay
Martin built the engine and the victory in Saturday night's American Sprint Car Series Regional main event at East Bay Raceway Park - Martin wins again. In the Motorheads-powered Martin Structures No. 00, "The Hammer" led the only lap that counts, the one that mattered most, after a dramatic last lap pass of current series points leader Kenny Adams, Hammer wins. Adams appeared to be on his way to a second ASCS Rebel Region win of the year.

Online Traffic School 130 MPH Speeding Ticket
Recently a guy in Florida was blasting down the Expressway in his Ferrari Spider convertible. A Florida Highway Patrol trooper in a Camaro LT1 Interceptor nailed him at 130 MPH and issued a traffic citation. Now, this is a speeding ticket. This 2 minute video documents this wild ride. Hammer Top Ten @ Florida 400
The Hammer started 28th and finished 10th in the Florida 400 in Bradenton, Florida in a Mac Steele prepared unwinged sprinter. Dave Steele takes the win. A record field of 33 cars took the green.The Hammer is prepping a team for USCS Speed Weeks at his home track, East Bay Raceway Park in Florida. Plans are to run his own motors built by his own shop, Motorheads, LLC .

Hammer Wins at Clay By the Bay
Sprint Car phenom, Danny "The Hammer" Martin, Jr., won the 25 lap feature at Florida's East Bay Raceway Park on Saturday night. Running their own motor built by their own engine shop, Motorheads, LLC, Martin dominated the event. Florida sprint car vets Stephen Darvalics and R.J. Johnson rounded out the top three. Solid TopTen Start for 2007 - Free Online Pit Tours

8th in Points going into Saturday's 360 Nationals, The Hammer wins a B Main and finishes the Feature 9th after a 19th Place Start on the inside of Row 10.
A total of 73 cars competed in East Bay Raceway Park's 31st Annual Winter Nationals. Saturday night's "King of the 360's" Nationals got underway in a highly dangerous drizzling rain that threatened to cancel the event. Hammer Closes Out 2006 - Ready for 2007
With 8 victories, 5 wins in a row, and another run at the at the USCS Championship, Hammer can't wait for Speed Weeks 2007. Word not yet in on whether or not he has landed a 16 race NASCAR Weekly Series ride after his 60 lap test at South Boston, Virginia.

Martin bested a field comprised of twenty-two drivers from nine states in the thirty-seventh event of the series 10th Anniversary Season. The red-hot Martin also ran his O'Reilly USCS feature win total to six for the 2006 season.

Martin grabs O'Reilly USCS Garnertown Labor Day Speed Spectacular loot

Luray, TN - Danny Martin, Jr. from Sarasota, Florida lead all 30 laps of the O'Reilly United Sprint Car Series portion of the Garnertown Speedway Labor Day Speed Spectacular on Sunday night to collect his fourth O'Reilly USCS www.uscsracing.com feature win of the year. Martin started outside of the front row after also winning the Butlerbuilt Second Heat Race next to fifteen-year-old rookie standout, Derek Hagar from Marion, Arkansas who won the Engler Tool and Machine First Heat Race.

Rome, GA – O’Reilly USCS Hoosier Tire Young Gun points leader, Danny Martin, Jr. from Sarasota, Florida captured Friday night’s 30-lap O’Reilly Auto Parts United Sprint Car Series www.uscsracing.com Outlaw Thunder Tour feature race at Riverside Speedway in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. Martin bested a field comprised of drivers from nine states in the thirty-sixth event of the series 10th Anniversary Season. It was the twenty-year old drivers fifth O’Reilly USCS feature win of the 2006 season and his second win in a row after winning last Sunday night’s race at Garnertown Speedway in Jackson, TN.
Martin who is in second place in the series National point standings and leads the Hoosier Tire young Guns point standings for drivers under twenty-five years-old started in the fourth position in the race after drawing a four in the K&N Filters Pole Award draw. He then chased four-time O’Reilly USCS National Champion Terry Gray from Bartlett, Tennessee who started on the pole for seventeen laps before charging around Gray in lapped traffic.
